Submit a Work Order
Below you can submit a work order to be assessed by the University Facilities team or our Housing Work Crew. We will work to solve your request as soon as possible! For most work orders, please allow 2-3 business days for completion.
In case of an emergency work order, contact the main office between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 719.549.2602.
Any other times contact the RA on call for your building or go to Greenhorn Desk which is open 24/7.
Emergency work orders include:
- Water Damage
- Electrical Issues
- Heating/AC Issues
- Safety Issues
