Residence Life & Housing offers a variety of all-inclusive room types (including utilities, internet, and laundry facilities). We have professional and student staff trained to assist you with various concerns; from lock-outs to homesickness, our staff is happy to help.

2 Year Live-On Requirement: All newly admitted First Year, Transfer, and Returning students, under 21 years of age, with a home address outside of the 50-mile radius from the University, who graduated high school or the equivalent two academic years prior, are required to live on campus for at least 2 years.

Spring 2025 Application
If you wish to reside on-campus starting in the spring, complete the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 Housing Application. -
Summer 2025 Application
- The summer housing application opened on March 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
- Summers spaces are available on a first come-first serve basis and students enrolled for summer course(s) will receive first priority of spaces.

Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Application
- If you are a returning student, the application opens on November 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
- If you are a new/incoming student, the application opens on February 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Application
- If you are a returning student, the application opens on November 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
- If you are a new/incoming student, the application opens on February 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
How to Apply
To apply for housing, select the "Login to PAWS" button below:
- Login into your PAWS account
- Select Housing and then select the Housing Portal button
- Select Student Login from the top menu and login to PAWS again if prompted
- Select Housing Application from the top menu
- Select the application time period you wish to apply
Room Selection & Assignments

Academic Year Applications
New/Incoming Residents:
- May select their own room starting April 15 at 5:00 PM.
- Rooms will be released for selection on a weekly basis as they are filled on Mondays at 5:00 PM.
- Room selection will close July 31 at 5:00 PM and any unassigned applications will be assigned by the RLH department.
Returning Residents:
- May select their own room based on the Room Selection Timeline.
- After returner room selection closes, any students who are bound by the live-on requirement and do not select a room, will be assigned by the RLH department.
- May select their own room starting April 15 at 5:00 PM.

Spring Only Applications
All Spring only residents will be assigned by the RLH department.
