Returning Residents Reapplication

Reapplication for Fall 2020/Spring 2021 has opened! Begin your application now and sign your agreement so that Residence Life & Housing can update your individual profile for your assigned room selection date!

  1. Log into your PAWS account.
  2. Select "Housing" and then select the "Housing Application" - a new window will open (This does NOT work on Apple products - use Explorer
  3. Select "Returning Student - Residence Hall Application" (Walking Stick is included in our Res Halls) under the Fall 2020 section.
  4. Proceed through the application making the selection necessary and finishing this portion with accepting your 2020/2021 agreement.
  5. The selection dates are based on your currently earned hours including concurrent hours taken during high school. It does not include the hours you are currently taking.

Reminder

If you graduated high school in the 2018/2019 academic year (regardless of current hours), you are REQUIRED to live-on for your second year.

Timeline

  • November 1: Housing application opened
  • February 11-14: Same Room/Same Hall - Current residents of Walking Stick Apartments who have at least a 2.7 GPA may choose their same room
  • February 14-18: Different Room/Same Hall - Current residents of Walking Stick Apartments who have at least a 2.7 GPA may choose from other rooms in the complex.
  • February 20: Residents with at least 60 hours earned (Junior or higher) may select a bed from those available in the system.
  • February 26: Residents with at least 30 hours earned (sophomore or higher) may select a bed from those available in the system.
  • March 4: Residents with less than 30 hours earned (freshmen) may select a bed from those available in the system.
  • March 13: Room Selection closes for current residents. Reapplying after these dates will require a new application with a $150 fee.
  • March 16: Any required 2-year live-on residents (graduate high school in the 2018/2019 academic year) who have not chosen a room will be assigned.
