Returning Residents Reapplication
Reapplication for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 opens on November 1, 2023! Begin your application and sign your agreement so that you are ready for room selection!
- Log into your PAWS account.
- Select "Housing" and then select the "Housing Application" - the Housing Portal will open.
- Login to the Housing Portal by selecting "Student Login"
- Select "Housing Application" and then the 2024-2025 Academic Year term.
- Proceed through the application and read it thoroughly.
- Room selection timeframes are determined by your completed hours, GPA, and current location. See below.
Reminder
If you graduated high school in the 2022-2023 academic year or after (regardless of current hours), you are REQUIRED to live on campus for your second year.
Returner Room Selection Timeline
- This timeline is for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.
- All room selection timeframes will open and close at 5:00 p.m. on the first and last day.
- March 4th-6th: Residents currently in Greenhorn/Walking Stick Apartments that have a 2.7 overall GPA or higher may choose to stay in the same space they are in next academic year.
- March 7th-9th: Residents currently in Greenhorn/Walking Stick Apartments that have a 2.7 overall GPA or higher may choose to change rooms within the same building/area.
- March 11th-13th: Graduate, Senior, and Junior residents with over 59 credit hours completed can select a room.
- March 14th-16th: Sophomore residents with 30-59 credit hours completed can select a room.
- March 18th-20th: First-year residents with under 30 credit hours completed can select a room.
- March 21st: Any residents who have not selected a room and are bound to the 2-year live-on requirement will be automatically assigned to a vacant space.
