Housing for Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks

New for 2019-2020

Crestone, Culebra, and Greenhorn Halls:

In response to resident and parent feedback, the rates for the Residence Halls now include Thanksgiving and Spring Break periods. While there will not be an extra charge for these dates, residents must complete the Break Application so that our team can provide access and be aware in the event of an emergency.

Due to the length of Winter Break, the cost is not included in fall/spring Residence Hall rates. The charge for winter break is $125 per week. We will prorate to the dates listed on the break application. Failure to sign up by the advertised timelines for each break will result in a late sign-up fee.

Walking Stick Apartments

In response to resident feedback, all breaks have been included in the fall/spring Walking Stick Rates. While there will not be an extra charge for these dates, residents must complete the Break Application so that our team can be aware in the event of an emergency. Failure to sign up by the advertised timelines for each break will result in a late sign-up fee.

We have a number of individuals working on a plan to ensure that we are prepared to take care of our students and employees in the event our campus is directly impacted by the coronavirus.
