Unlike traditional meal swipes, the Dining Dollar and Commuter Cash meal plans empower students to dine how and where they want - providing more flexibility and control. You choose where to spend your dining dollars on campus - from the dining hall to QDOBA, your meal plan has you covered. Not feeling like walking across campus or across the building?

Students living in the Residence Halls are required to have a meal plan. Meal plans can only be modified during the first two weeks of the semester. Residents who do not select a meal plan will be assigned a resident plan.
Any student may purchase a meal plan. All meal plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All plans may be replenished in $100 increments any time during the semester. Dining Dollars and Commuter Cash expire at the end of each semester.
Use your CSUP ID like a debit card at any dining location. Enjoy full access to retail-style dining and brand favorites like QDOBA, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Pack Café, Café Libro, ThunderMart, and at game concessions!

Students with meal plans receive a discounted price in the Pack Cafe (dining hall).
Can't decide between a meal plan or Thunderbucks?
- The deciding factor for most students is that the meal plan can be charged to your student account, while Thunderbucks must be paid upfront by cash or credit card.
- Meal plans are for the designated semester and do not roll over. Thunderbucks roll over each semester until depleted.
