The IT Help Desk staff can help with questions about account activation, password mangement, computing needs, and general help with your academic computing needs. We support Blackboard, Email, WiFi and Network Connection, Computer Hardware, Computer Software, AIS and PAWS, Telephone Equipment, and more. Starting a ticket at the IT Help Desk will allow us to assign the service work to the appropriate IT team, please hang on to your ticket number.
