Housing Cancellation Request
This form is for students who are not bound to the two-year Live-On Requirement and:
- Have not move in yet. (This applies whether you are withdrawing from the university or just deciding not to live on campus.)
- Have already moved in but then decide they don't want to live on campus anymore, while remaining enrolled as a student.

For residents who have already moved in, the following refund schedule will apply based on the later of your move-out date or cancellation request date.
Refund Schedule Table Refund Schedule: Before Check-in: 100% room charge refund During Week 1 of Term: 80% room charge refund During Week 2 of Term: 60% room charge refund During Week 3 of Term: 40% room charge refund After Week 3 of Term: No refund (You owe the entire semester's rent) -
Housing Exemption Request
This form is for students who are bound to the two-year Live-On Requirement and would like to request an exemption to live off-campus before the official move-in date.

Do not sign another lease until officially exempted. If your exemption is not approved, you will still be required to pay housing and meal plan charges even if living elsewhere.
If your exemption request is denied, you may appeal with additional information.

Release from Housing Contract
This form is for residents who have moved onto campus already and need to be released from the Housing Agreement financial obligation due to significant, unforeseen circumstances.
You must qualify and be approved under one of the following reasons in order to be released from the Housing Agreement:
- You graduate mid-year.
- You officially withdraw from all classes at CSU Pueblo. (If you withdraw, you must vacate within 24 hours of withdrawing)
- You get married.
- You have a documented significant, unexpected, and/or major change beyond your control that occurred after signing the agreement and/or moving into the assigned space. (e.g., severe medical issue, family emergency)
Release from Housing Form

Room Waitlists

Walking Stick Apartments
This form is for new and returning students with more than 30 credit hours who would like to be added to the Walking Stick Apartments waitlist for a current or upcoming term.
Walking Stick Apartments Waitlist
You must have a completed housing application to be eligible for consideration.
Walking Stick apartments fill quickly during our returning resident room selection process in Spring.

Single Rooms
This form is for students who would like to be added to the single room waitlist for a current or an upcoming term.
There are two types of single rooms: Single Room w/ Private Bath and Single Room Suite w/ Shared Bath
Single Room Waitlist
There is a significant price difference for single rooms. The prorated amount will be applied to your student account at the time of moving.
There are very few single rooms across our buildings. Single rooms are initially reserved for ADA accommodations but will be released if not used.

Triple Rooms w/ Private Bath
This form is for new and returning students who would like to be added to the triple room waitlist for the current or an upcoming term.

Double Rooms w/ Private Bath
This form is for new and returning students who would like to be added to the double room with a private bathroom waitlist for the current or an upcoming term.
Double Room w/ Private Bath Waitlist
There is a significant price difference for rooms with private bathrooms. The prorated amount will be applied to your student account at the time of moving.
There are very few double/private rooms available.
