Welltrack Connect is a secure, web-based referral platform that helps students connect with mental health providers who understand the unique needs of college life. Whether you're looking for care nearby or prefer virtual sessions, Welltrack Connect makes it easier to find a provider that’s the right fit for you.

Check Your Insurance Benefits in Real Time
This tool helps you understand your mental health benefits such as copays, deductibles, and coverage limits so you can make informed decisions before booking an appointment.
Schedule Appointments and Communicate Securely
Use the encrypted platform to message providers and request appointments—no phone calls required.
Access Care Using Flexible Credits
You can search for providers who participate in the Colorado State University Pueblo Flexible Credits program. Please reach out to the Counseling Center if you are interested in more information. Flexible credits are limited each year.
How to Find Providers Who Accept Flexible Credits

Log in to Welltrack Connect here https://csupueblo.welltrack-connect.com/

Start with an initial search on the landing page using a keyword and/or location

On the results page, locate the “Payment Type” filter at the top left corner

Select “Flexible Credits”, then click “Apply”

Your results will now show only providers who participate in your school’s Flexible Credits program.
Tip: Want to keep working with the same provider even after you use all your Flexible Credits? Just apply the Flexible Credits filter and then use the Insurance filter to pick your insurance carrier. This way, you can find someone who accepts both.
You can use Welltrack Connect independently or with the support of Wolf Pack Counseling Center. The platform is designed to reduce common barriers to care, making it easier to find support that fits your individual needs and preferences.
