My therapeutic approach is eclectic and pulls from Gestalt, Jungian, and psychodynamic theories. I also use behavioral techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience in private practice and 10 years of experience in a college setting, I am dedicated to helping people navigate life challenges and learn lifelong skills to maintain well-being.

In recent years, I have embraced alternative treatments that complement traditional talk therapy and promote a more holistic approach to mental health care. My newest area of interest is increasing services to meet the needs of male students on campus.
