Risk Management

This manual will serve as a pragmatic, non-technical insurance reference for faculty and staff who may encounter issues and events on a sporadic basis. The information provided is for day to day operations and does not address non-routine situations. 

As protections and insurance coverages for the University, faculty and staff are based on statute and/or insurance contracts, such statutes and contracts are the determinant documents for all such matters. 

Questions on insurance coverages or issues not provided by this manual should be addressed to the Office of Risk Management located in the Purchasing office in the Administration building.
