Paola Ibarra Mendez, SWC

Pronouns: she/her/hers

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, and academic challenges. As a first-generation Hispanic woman, I incorporate my lived experiences to connect with others and create a supportive, relatable therapeutic space.

My approach is strength-based, grounded in authenticity and cultural humility, while integrating techniques from solution-focused therapy, and person-centered care. I aim to empower clients by highlighting their resilience and helping them build the tools to thrive. I am passionate about supporting students as they navigate their personal and professional journeys and work to provide a safe, inclusive environment where clients can feel seen and heard.
