My passion is serving student well-being and promoting safety. I've been helping college students make meaning of difficult experiences since 2017 and I remain dedicated about fostering individual resilience and well-being. I offer individual person-centered, solution-focused therapy, and utilize behavioral techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy.

I am also highly dedicated to the resolution of trauma and trauma-related symptoms in students' lives. As a result, I am trained in Brain Synchronization Therapy (similar to EMDR), Acuwellness (ear acupuncture), and often integrate Internal Family Systems techniques.

What if the school stuff is stressing you out? I can offer University policy/procedure interpretation and guidance (ex. PackCAREs, Title IX, Student Conduct) and knowledge about extensive campus resources and helpers. Unsure about your major or career goals? Come see me for the Strong Interest Inventory,  a self-assessment designed to help answer those questions.
