Biology Facilities & Field Sites

Explore the spaces, equipment, and field environments that support hands-on learning and student research in Biology and Wildlife & Natural Resources.

Learn in the Lab, Greenhouse, and Field

Biology students have access to facilities and field sites that support classroom learning, scientific research, and practical experience across a wide range of biological disciplines.

On Campus

Greenhouse

The Department of Biology has on-site greenhouse facilities that allow plants to be grown in three different climates. Students in botany courses can gain experience with both local and more exotic flora, and the greenhouse is also available for student research.
