Parents & Family Members
Welcome to the PACK FAMILY!
Orientation is the start of your student's CSU Pueblo academic journey!
The New Student Orientation programs are designed to connect the student and their family to university academic and support services that will inform and enrich your transition to CSU Pueblo.
A strong support network is key to a student's success which is the reason we provide guest-specific programming: new student, first generation, family, and military-veteran sessions, opportunities to meet other ThunderWolves, speak to academic representatives, connect with campus resources and staff, and collect business cards.
It is also a fun time as your orientation leader guides you throughout the day.
There will also be a chance to win prizes, thunderbucks, and walk away with SWAG and giveaways!
We value our ThunderWolf families and know that you provide a very important role in the success of your college student. It’s important to us that families understand ways they can support their student throughout their college experience. In conjunction with New Student Orientation, we will offer special online programs for family members to learn about available resources and services for students.
We are very excited to offer an in-person Pack Family Orientation in conjunction with New Student Orientation. Parent & family members will be able to engage with faculty, staff, and learn about resources available at CSU Pueblo. Additionally, students may attend an optional in-person orientation to engage with faculty, staff, and other new students.
