Student Clubs
Students can become involved in four different organizations through the Department of History, Political Science, Philosophy, and Geography. Students interested in joining the student clubs below should contact the department.
History Club
Students who join the history club engage in a wide variety of activities focused on history. There have been movie festivals, travel to historic sites, lecture series, student tutoring, service activities, and a host of other events determined by the members each year. It is free to join and is open to all students, regardless of major!

We seek to bring students, teachers, and writers of history together for intellectual and social conversations. We also support historical research and publication by our members. Phi Alpha Theta currently runs the History Club, so even if you are not a member of this professional society, you can join us for fun and exciting events! Political Science Club
The Club is a student-run organization that promotes the study of politics and government on campus and in the community, and also provides numerous social and academic opportunities for interested students.
Membership is open to any and all interested students. Prospective members should expect to perform their civic duty and attend regularly scheduled meetings. However, exceptions are permitted, as the Political Science club ultimately aims to accommodate its members alongside their goals and aspirations.
