Internships and Field Practicum

Student working in library desk

The Department of History, Political Science, Philosophy, and Geography provides students with a number of opportunities to work one-on-one or in small groups with faculty members. Students are encouraged to take advantage of field placements and field-based research. Field experience is essential for students to gain industry knowledge.

Internships opportunity offers "hands-on" learning so that students may leverage real experience upon graduation. The programs are designed to allow you to develop the skills you will need to enter the workforce in government, business, teaching, and public history, or to prepare for graduate or law school.

Here are just some of the opportunities available to CSU Pueblo students during the course of the academic year.
