Discover Seoul This Summer: Learn, Explore, and Connect!

Transform your summer into an unforgettable 4-week adventure in the heart of South Korea! Combine world-class academic learning with immersive cultural experiences, historical landmarks, and lifelong international friendships.

🌟 Unforgettable Cultural & Social Highlights

Studying abroad is about so much more than what happens inside the classroom. Here is a glimpse of what awaits you outside the lecture hall:

  • Historic Explorations & Traditions

Step back in time at Gyeongbokgung Palace while dressed in traditional Hanbok, and gain powerful historical context with a guided DMZ Tour.

  • Iconic Landmarks & Breathtaking Views

Take in panoramic cityscapes from N Seoul Tower and experience panoramic views from Seoul Sky combined with a day of fun at Lotte World.

  • Modern Korean Culture & Lifestyle

Master current moves with a hands-on K-POP Dance Class, relax like a local with a iconic Han River Chimaek (Chicken & Beer/Soda) picnic, and celebrate your journey with a scenic Han River Sunset Cruise for the Farewell Ceremony.

🤝 Built-In Student Support & Connection

You’ll never have to navigate Seoul alone. The program features dedicated buddy and language networks designed to help you integrate smoothly from day one:

👥 Soongsil International Summer Friends (SISF) Buddy Program

Get paired directly with a local Soongsil University student! Your SISF buddy will help you navigate campus life, explore Seoul's best hidden spots, adjust smoothly to living in Korea, and build meaningful friendships that last long after the summer ends.

💬 Language Exchange Program (LEP)

Practice conversational Korean with native speakers while helping local students practice their language skills. It’s the perfect, low-pressure way to learn everyday phrases, slang, and cultural insights through real conversations.
