Student Clubs
Chemistry Club
Students are encouraged to get involved in the department by joining student clubs, attending activities and seminars, and participating in research or field experiences.
Our goal in Chemistry Club is to experience chemistry beyond the classroom, engage in activities that enhance your understanding of science, get involved in the community, learn about the study and career opportunities, discover and pursue connections within the larger chemistry community, develop leadership and communication skills, and appreciate how chemistry plays a role in our everyday lives.
The Chemistry Club meets monthly to plan and facilitate projects, educational events, and social events for CSU Pueblo students and the surrounding communities. Once face-to-face meetings resume, the time and place for these meetings will be announced. All majors (not just Chemistry majors) are invited to join!
Our club offers several resources guaranteed to help you succeed in chemistry. If you are not looking to learn chemistry, we aren’t asking you to!
ACS Student Chapters - American Chemical Society
ACS Student Chapters are organizations for undergraduate students with an interest in the chemical sciences. Members participate in a wide range of programs and activities that enhance their college experience and prepare them for successful careers. Awards are given for outstanding individual and chapter accomplishments.
All majors (not just chemistry) are invited to join! Students wishing to apply for membership in the Chemistry Club or ACS Student Chapters at CSU Pueblo should contact the Department of Chemistry.
