Accommodated Testing Services
Disability Resources will proctor students eligible for testing accommodations for faculty who are unable to provide the accommodations. All exams are by appointment; appointment availability may vary due to staffing and testing volume.
Scheduling
- Testing is by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
- Times and availability depend on staffing. If a date or time is not available, students and faculty may need to arrange alternate plans.
Test Day Expectations
- Use of Disability Resources proctoring services requires students and faculty to follow testing rules and regulations, which will be sent after the exam is scheduled.
- Bring a valid form of photo identification:
- CSU Pueblo Student ID
- Physical Driver License/ID card, current or expired one year or less
- Physical U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card, current or expired less than 10 years
- Valid U.S. Military ID
- We do not provide charging ports. Students who are allowed a personal device should ensure the device is fully charged.
Information for Instructors
Disability Resources can support instructors with proctoring services if instructors have students with accommodations. Instructors must complete a cover sheet (linked below), which provides directions and information on how to proctor the exam. Instructors must deliver all exam materials and instructions to Disability Resources prior to the student’s appointment. Scantrons must be provided to Disability Resources if needed for the exam.
Students are required to coordinate exam dates and times with their instructors so that exam materials and instructions are ready for the student’s appointment. Disability Resources requires at least a 3-day window for exams to be scheduled. This is due to the volume of testing and availability of staff. Disability Resources cannot guarantee availability at the same date or time as the class exam. If an alternate date or time cannot be arranged, the instructor will need to make other arrangements for proctoring.
