Students pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems may select a concentration to specialize their CIS degree. The program currently offers Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and Software Development concentration areas.

The Cyber Security concentration prepares students for technical and managerial positions in cyber security and cyber defense.

Students develop knowledge in identifying cyber threats, network and server attacks, defensive countermeasures, wireless security, cryptography, information assurance, security risk management, computer forensics, disaster recovery, cyber law, and related areas.
