Accessing Your Transfer Evaluation

Approximately two weeks after you have been admitted to Colorado State University Pueblo and submitted all of your official transcripts, you will receive an official evaluation of transfer credit. The evaluation will be completed in DARS (Degree Audit Reporting System) and will include all courses taken at all previous institutions, whether or not they were accepted for transfer credit, excluding "in-progress" courses. To access your DARS transfer evaluation:

  1. Sign into PAWS. Check out our guide for admitted students if you are unsure of how to sign in.
  2. Choose DARSweb from your list of services.
  3. Click on Go to DARSweb NOW at the top of the page.
  4. Select “Run ‘What If’ Degree Program”. Scroll to the bottom of the Degree Prog list and choose Evaluation Report. Select your catalog year. If you are unsure of your catalog year, select the most current catalog listed.
  5. Click on Submit a New Audit.

Your new audit will appear after a few seconds for you to open. Click "Open Audit" and select "Open All Sections". Review your transfer evaluation report to see how your transfer coursework has been evaluated at CSU Pueblo.

Please note, if you have additional transcripts that have not yet been evaluated, you will receive another transfer evaluation at a later date.

If you have questions about accessing your transfer evaluations through PAWS, contact the Pack Center at 719-549-2584.

Once you have registered for classes, run a degree audit through DARSweb to view how your transfer coursework and coursework completed at CSU Pueblo will apply toward your degree.
