WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE RISE PROGRAM?

  • New undergraduate students enrolling for Fall 2025
  • Residents of one of the following states: Arizona, California, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming.
  • Residents of one of the following countries: China, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, or South Korea.

    When does it start?

    The RISE tuition program will begin for new students in the Fall 2025 semester.

    How to apply?

    There is no separate application for the RISE program. Eligible students will automatically receive the reduced tuition rate upon admission to CSU Pueblo. You can apply for admission to CSU Pueblo through the university's website.
