Non-Degree Programs

  •

    Guest Student — No Credit

Apply to become a guest (no credit) student without degree-seeking status by contacting the Office of Admissions for current policies and procedures. A guest (no credit) student may carry up to 6 hours per term, is ineligible for financial aid, and in place of a grade for each course, will receive NC (no credit) on their transcripts.

  •

    Guest Student — For Credit

Our guest (for credit) program is for applicants who wish to enroll in courses without degree-seeking status. To register, you will be required to complete a short application with the Office of Admissions each term you wish to enroll in, but do not have to submit transcripts, test scores, or application fees unless you’re entering an English or Math course. A guest (for credit) student may carry up to 15 hours per semester (maximum of 30 semester hours) while maintaining visiting status and must maintain a 2.000 cumulative grade-point average. Tuition and fees are based on the number of credits and financial aid is not available.

  •

    Personal or Professional Interest

Looking to take a class to help you with professional development in your current job or just to satisfy your own personal interests? Contact Extended Studies to find out how you can attend CSU Pueblo to do so.

  •

    Audit a Class

Auditing a class is the perfect option for you to learn and further your education without having to take tests, do the homework, or receive a grade. When you audit a class, you pay the same tuition and fees as a student enrolled for credit but will receive a grade of No Credit (NC).

  •

    Senior Citizens

If you are 65 years of age or older, or 62 and retired, you can take advantage of CSU Pueblo’s college courses by auditing classes on a space available, non-degree student basis, without paying tuition and mandatory fees. However, depending on the program, there may be course and department fees accessed and instructor approval required.
