Application Submission Process

To make things easier for researchers and avoid delays, CSU Pueblo now uses an online system called Kuali Protocols for all IRB submissions. This system is designed to be user-friendly and helps make the process of submitting IRB protocols faster and easier.

With Kuali Protocols, you can submit new studies, make changes to existing ones, or complete continuing reviews — all online. The system lets you save drafts, upload documents, track the status of your submission, and message the IRB office directly if you have questions.

All IRB protocol submissions must now be done through Kuali Protocols. We encourage everyone to explore the system and take advantage of its tools to help ensure a smooth and efficient review process.
