Compliance Training
All university faculty, staff, and students who serve on research projects are responsible for the ethical and safe conduct of research, meeting regulatory requirements, and participating in ethical practices. Regardless of the source of funds, all must successfully complete Biomedical Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) and Conflicts of Interest training modules.

CSU Pueblo offers a compliance training module via the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) dedicated to serving the training needs of colleges and universities, healthcare institutions, technology and research organizations, and governmental agencies, as they foster the integrity and professional advancement of their learners.
Compliance training is employee training mandated by legislation, regulation, or policy. It educates your employees on the laws or regulations applicable to their job function or industry. These laws are predominantly in place to maintain the safety of the workplace and the dignity of the employee.
