Explore the Magic of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with CSU Pueblo STEM Student Organizations

PUEBLO, COLORADO –Colorado State University Pueblo (CSU Pueblo) STEM Student Clubs will host the “Magic of STEM” on Friday, Oct. 27 from 4 to 6 p.m. This fun event is geared toward elementary-aged children and their families and promises an exciting experience packed with engaging STEM activities.
The Magic of STEM will be in the Life Sciences Building at CSU Pueblo. “We are excited to facilitate our first-ever Magic of STEM event,” Director of Hispanic Serving Institution STEM Grants and event coordinator Abby Davidson said. “This event provides an opportunity for our STEM student clubs to work together to facilitate fun hands-on activities meant to spark a love for STEM. We hope families come check out the event.”
Upon arrival, participants will receive a "Magical STEM Passport," which will be stamped as they complete various activities and experiments. The activities are designed to captivate young minds and instill a love for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. As participants complete their magical STEM journey, they will have the chance to play games and win candy and prizes.
In the spirit of supporting STEM education and outreach, admission to the event is $10 per child. Families are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets to reserve their spot, as space is limited. The proceeds raised from this event will go directly to support the CSU Pueblo STEM Student Clubs, ensuring that they can continue to inspire and educate the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators.
