PUEBLO – The Colorado State University Pueblo Foundation today announced the addition of a new employee and the reassignment of a current staff member, according to Todd Kelly, CSU Pueblo Foundation President/CEO.

Tammy Moore, formerly the graphic designer at Parkview Health System, has been named Director of Communications and Events. She replaces Amber Shipley who departed the Foundation for a communications role with the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Daniel Minich, currently the Digital Donor Engagement Coordinator for the CSU Pueblo Foundation, has been named to the newly created Director of Alumni Relations and Engagement.

“I am extremely excited for Daniel’s new role and the addition of Tammy to the CSU Pueblo Foundation team,” said Kelly. “Daniel is a CSU Pueblo graduate with an extreme passion for the university and the individuals who have made it great. Tammy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in event planning and graphic design and is a great fit for us.”

Moore has spent the last 27 years of her career at Parkview Health System assisting the marketing department and the Parkview Foundation. Her duties included layout and design of all print and on-line materials, creating newsletters, designing indoor and outdoor graphics, helping plan themes and décor for Foundation events, and prepare social media content. She earned her bachelors of art degree in art with a minor in mass communications from CSU Pueblo.

“I am eager to begin working with the Colorado State University Pueblo Foundation team and thankful for the opportunity to support the University,” said Moore.

Minich, a 2020 graduate of CSU Pueblo with a bachelor of science in mass communications, has been with the CSU Pueblo Foundation since 2021. He earned his Master’s Degree in organizational leadership from CSU Global in 2022. As the Digital Donor Engagement Coordinator, Minich actively engaged and built relationships with CSU Pueblo donors and alumni. He also managed the CSU Pueblo Young President’s Club membership and has hosted the Distinguished Young Alumni program and the inaugural Foundation ThankBrew event.

“I have great pride in my alma mater and I’m excited to represent it,” said Minich. “I’m excited to build upon the foundation that was laid by the previous director as we move forward to connect alumni to campus and create that pride and ThunderWolves loyalty.”
