CSU Pueblo Foundation Welcomes Members of The Next Gen Council

In 2022, Colorado State University Pueblo Foundation implemented the Next Gen Council comprised of young professionals and CSU Pueblo alumni under 40 years of age wanting to make an impact on CSU Pueblo students and young alumni.
The Next Gen Council’s mission is to engage and connect with young adults and alumni to promote higher education and support efforts designed to supplement and enhance their future. The Next Gen Council meets quarterly to identify student and alumni needs, select the Next Gen Council scholarship recipient, and work with professionals in the community who can help mentor students and alums.
“The Next Gen Council, in conjunction with CSU Pueblo Foundation, works collaboratively to build pathways for tomorrow’s leaders,” said Josh Croy, Next Gen Council chair. “As an alumnus of CSU Pueblo and a financial investment professional working in Pueblo, it is important to me to see CSU Pueblo students succeed.”
Members of the Next Gen Council include individuals from a wide array of professions and include:

- Rebecca Diaz, Alumna 2006 – Vice President, InBank
- Andy Fox, Alumnus 2012 – Postdoctoral Fellow, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis
- Stephanie Kroeze – Community Supporter, Realtor, and Owner of Kroeze Law, LLC
- Austin Micci, Alumnus 2019 – Commercial Insurance Agent
- Erika Retzlaff, Alumna 2018 – Community Engagement Coordinator, Pueblo Triple Aim
- Annica Roberts, Alumna 2019 – Senior Client Concierge, Chrysalis Wealth Management
