Pueblo Keyboard Arts Festival

It is with great excitement that we at CSU Pueblo look forward to the next annual Pueblo Keyboard Arts Festival, scheduled to take place November 3-4, 2023. Combining quality musical programs with educational opportunities for young and college-age pianists, we hope to provide a welcoming platform for all interested in immersing themselves in the art of keyboard playing. It is my hope that participants and audience will find this Festival serves as a source of inspiration, knowledge, and one of the many elements that lead to the growth of the "complete musician." The 2023 Festival weekend offers a number of opportunities for your students:

• Activities:

  • November 4, 1.00p.m.: Masterclass for CSU Pueblo Students with guest artist Dr. Jooeun Pak
  • 3, 6:00-8:00 p.m.: Masterclass for Collegiate, High and Middle School students with festival guest artist Dr. Jooeun Pak and festival director Dr. Zahari Metchkov
  • 4, 9:00- 2:00 p.m.: Young Artist Competition Junior Solo, Senior Solo, Piano Ensemble Division (1 piano-4, 6, 8 hands, 2 pianos-4, 8, 12 hands) More than $1000 in Cash Awards in all divisions
  • 4, 7:00 p.m.: Piano Monster Concert If you want to know more what six grand pianos can do together…...we hope to see you there!
