Reporting to State & Federal Administrative Agencies

(A)    A Reporting Party has the right to pursue a concurrent complaint with state or federal administrative agencies, independently of any Complaints filed with the University. A Reporting Party’s ability to file a complaint with an external agency depends upon the nature of their concerns and their relationship to the University, among other factors. Reporting Parties should inquire with these agencies regarding the specific requirements for filing a complaint.

(B)    OIE maintains a list of a contact information for common federal and state agencies with which a Reporting Party may have the ability to file a complaint. A list of these agencies may also be found in Appendix B.
