ACHA National College Health Assessment

Submissions Open April 3rd, 2023 to April 21st, 2023

The ACHA-NCHA is a web-based survey designed to assess student health behaviors, habits, and perceptions in order to provide better services and support for CSU Pueblo students. To access this survey please sign in to your Student Email and search for NCHA CSUP Health & Wellbeing Survey.
  1. How can we access the survey? 
  • The American College Health Association will send each student an individualized URL to their CSU Pueblo student email on April 3rd, 2023. Click on the link within this email and the first page of the National College Health Assessment will open in your web browser with further instructions. The survey is confidential - students’ names and email addresses are not associated with their survey responses.

   2. How long does the survey take to complete?
  • The survey takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. 
  • This confidential survey covers a wide range of student health related topics like alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, sexual health, weight, nutrition, and exercise, mental health, and personal safety and violence. All questions are voluntary, you may skip any questions you do not want to answer and can complete the survey in multiple sessions. 
  • You can begin the survey on one device and resume the survey where you left off on another device. Please note, DO NOT use your browser’s back button. To navigate the survey, only use the buttons located at the bottom of the survey.

   3.How can we support? 
  • If you are a student, take the National College Health Assessment between April 3rd, 2023 to April 21st, 2023 and spread the word to your friends! Students who complete the ACHA National College Health Assessment (NCHA) will be eligible to win several prizes including: $5 drink coupon to 150 participants, (1)- $50 Amazon Gift Card, (1)-$50 Walmart Gift Card, (1)- $50 Visa Gift Card, (1)- $150 Grand Prize Winner Gift Card, and many more.
  • If you are a staff or faculty member, encourage your students to complete the survey!
