Helping our Pack
The Pack Closet committee is a volunteer group seeking to provide basic clothing needs to our students. The committee collects, cleans, and organizes the donated items. In order to maintain a sustainable process, the Pack Closet operates similar to a monthly subscription services but without the cost or repetitive order. When request are received, the committee looks to fill the item with the donated clothes or by emailing the listserv for items not covered in the donations. Once filled, the student receives the items through the student mail process out of the Auxiliary Services office.
Students may submit a request using the form found on the student Pack Closet site.
Want to help?
The committee knows that the ability and timing of donations are unique to each person. With that in mind, we are committed to providing scheduled donation days so that you may plan ahead. We also want to make it as easy as possible to donate to all the causes on campus, so we have coordinated with the teams that run the Pack Pantry and the Career Closet to allow us to collect donations for those groups.
Donation Days:
Friday, October 24 from 11am - 2pm at Culebra Hall
Friday, November 21 from 11am - 2pm at Culebra Hall
Friday, December 12 from 11am - 2pm at Culebra Hall
Friday, February 20 from 11am - 2pm at Culebra Hall

Pack Closet
The purpose of the Pack Closet is to provide basic clothing needs for students. We are looking for staple clothing that can be worn with multiple items. Think more about basic t-shirts and jeans and not the Hawaiian style button-up. While we want clothes the students are proud to wear, the purpose is function not fashion.
Items should be:
- New or lightly worn clothing or accessories
- No stains, holes, or heavy wear/tear
- Avoid promotional or branded clothing - except CSU Pueblo related
- All sizes
Categories:
- Bottoms: jeans, pants, skirts, shorts
- Tops: t-shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, long-sleeves, casual dresses
- Outerwear: jackets, coats, scarves, gloves
- Shoes & Accessories: belts, sneakers, boots, sandals - new preferred
- Undergarments: underwear, bras, undershirts - new only
Items donated that do not meet the needs or requirements of the Pack Closet will be donated to a local charity or discarded if not taken by a charity.
