Upward Bound provides high school students with a "strong finish" to their high school career, and prepares them with skills to take on the next phase of their life - college.
We assist students with their college admission process, college selection, and with tools necessary to succeed in higher education.

As an Upward Bound Participant, you will have an opportunity to:
It's for you if:
- You are a potential First-Generation student (neither parent holds a four-year college degree); other
- You are a low-income student as defined by the federal low-income levels ; other
- You meet a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 in core classes; other
- You are between the ages of 13 and 19; other
- You are enrolling/enrolled at a participating Target High School
- East HS, Centennial HS, Central HS, or County HS
