Personal Training

Whether you are new to the fitness center, or you are training for a competitive event, ThunderWolf Rec’s Personal Trainers can share their expertise to fit your needs. Trainers can work with individuals one-on-one or with partners. Head to the SRC and fill out the Personal training interest form or click the button below to get started on your new fitness experience!

Personal Training offers:

Personalized workout plans and advice for all areas of fitness

  • Cardio fitness
  • Muscle conditioning (strength and endurance)
  • Flexibility
  • Body composition
  • Training and conditioning – sport & activity specific
Personal Training sessions and programs are suitable for all fitness levels and do not require previous experience. Our trainers are trained to develop individualized exercise programs for participants within their desired comfort level; please remember to listen to and honor your body to avoid injury. If you feel discomfort or dizziness, discontinue exercising and notify the trainer.
