New to the Rec or need help on your fitness journey?

The Fitness Program (PackFit) is your place to go for motivation, inspiration, and finding your squad! From new friends in Group Fitness classes to a knowledgeable and encouraging Personal Trainer, you are sure to find a workout sidekick. Let PackFit provide you the opportunities to get in shape and improve your overall health and well-being.  

Classes
Group fitness classes, including Yoga, cardio, kickboxing, barbell strength and more, are included with your Student Recreation Center membership.
Trainer
Need more motivation? Our Personal Trainers are here to help you reach your fitness goals. Personalize your workout with individual or small group training.
Machines
Maybe you are just not sure where to start, which machines to try, or how the machines work. No worries - we can help with a fitness center orientation!
