Fitness Assessment

Fitness assessment

What is a Fitness Assessment?

A fitness assessment is a personal health and fitness appraisal of your current status (where you are now, providing a “baseline”) through a variety of questions and physical fitness tests.

Assessment results provide information to assist with goal setting for better health and well-being.  Keep in mind – WHERE you are NOW is important to determine a plan of action to ensure success.  Many people think they are ‘stuck’ in their current state and do not realize their own potential.  We are here to help you set realistic and achievable goals, help you determine your potential, and assist you with a path to be successful.

Fitness Assessments are offered for a $20 fee and must be pre-arranged.  We suggest you do this after orientation or attending an "ask a trainer" session.

    What happens after the assessment?

At the conclusion of your assessment, you'll receive personalized exercise and fitness recommendations to help you achieve your fitness goals. You can begin working out on your own or attend some of the Group Fitness Classes. If you are looking for more of a commitment to yourself, you can make an appointment for a Personal Training session.

Your records are kept confidential, but available. Additional fitness assessments should be done periodically to ensure gains are made and goals are being met.
