The Vivian Silver Impact Fund

Supporting CSU Pueblo students in times of need.

The Vivian Silver Impact Fund provides immediate financial assistance to CSU Pueblo students facing unexpected hardships—rent, car repairs, medical expenses, groceries, and more—so they can stay enrolled and focused when life gets difficult. Named for Vivian Silver, a lifelong advocate for peace, justice, and compassion, this fund extends her spirit of care and resilience to our students.

How the Fund Helps

Donations to the Vivian Silver Impact Fund directly support students in need. Each gift provides immediate relief so students can continue their education without interruption.

🛒 Basic Needs

Groceries, hygiene supplies, clothing.

🏠 Housing & Utilities

Rent, utility shut-offs, emergency shelter.

🚗 Transportation

Urgent car repairs or fuel to get to class/work.

🩺 Unexpected Bills

Medical, dental, or prescription expenses.

🎓 Academic Emergencies

Course materials or technology failures.

How Students Apply

Students apply for emergency assistance through the Basic Needs Fund process, administered by CSU Pueblo Student Affairs. A case manager works with each student to connect them with resources and support.
