Program Overview

The Business Administration MBA program at CSU Pueblo prepares students for high-level management careers in business and other organizations. The program helps students understand management theory and application, economic, political, social environment in which businesses function, and behavioral skills that are essential in the manager’s role in the implementation of business decisions.

Students in the Business Administration MBA program can specialize in their field of interest through concentration areas in Cybersecurity and Healthcare Administration

3+2 Program

The 3+2 Program allows qualified undergraduate students to complete any undergraduate degree, and pair it with an MBA. Students would then obtain both undergraduate level and graduate level degrees in as little as five years. 

Harvard CORe Program

The Hasan School of Business will accept the Harvard CORe certificate as equivalent "leveling courses" for non-business majors applying to the 3+2 MBA program.

MBA Online

In partnership with CSU Pueblo Online, the Hasan School of Business offers an entirely online option for the Master of Business Administration.

    WHAT IS THE AACSB ACCREDITATION?

    AACSB is an acronym which stands for the Association to Advance the Collegiate Schools of Business. This accreditation puts CSU-Pueblo in the top 5% of business schools worldwide and is the highest level of accreditation a business school can earn.

    IS THE GMAT REQUIRED FOR ADMITTANCE?

    No, the GMAT is not a requirement for admittance into the MBA program. Students are required to take BSAD 510, a 1-credit hour writing for MBA course, in their first semester. Waivers for the course can be granted in certain instances, talk to the MBA for these options.

    CAN I TRANSFER CREDITS INTO THE MBA PROGRAM?

    Transfer credits can be accepted if you have not completed the degree program from which you wish to transfer in credits. No more than 9 credits can be transferred in to the MBA program. Only one core class can be transferred in, no more than two electives can be transferred in.

    HOW LONG DOES THE MBA PROGRAM TAKE TO COMPLETE?

    The program is designed to be able to complete in as little as one calendar year. Most students complete the program in two years.

    AM I QUALIFIED FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?

    You may be qualified for one or more scholarships offered by CSU Pueblo. You must have an updated FAFSA on file with Student Financial Services. Visit the Scholarships page for more information.

    WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT MY FINANCIAL AID OR MY BILL?

    It is important to check your PAWS account regularly to ensure your aid and bill look correct. Student Financial Services is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is available via phone at 719.549.2753 email at financialaid@csupueblo.edu, and take walk-ins.
