  • CAMPUS CLOSED on Monday, July 4th.

Campus is closed on Monday, July 4th in celebration of Independence Day.

Telecommunications covers installation, maintenance, and administration of all telephone equipment, voice mail, cabling, jacks, and related hardware, software, and is responsible for the installation of network and cable television cabling and jacks.

Telephone/Voicemail Usage Instructions

These Telephone/Voicemail instructions are very helpful for new and not so new faculty and staff.

All services rendered are billed to the cost center supplied to Telecommunications Services by each department. Phone Bills are generated on the first working day of the month for the previous month’s services.

Bills include monthly telephone service charges, long distance charges, and any charges related to completed work requests. Charges associated with work requests include labor and material.

Please contact Telecommunications Services if you have any questions or need additional information.

Viewing and Printing Phone Bills

Phone Bills are e-mailed by Telecommunications Services at the first of each month. The e-mail attachment, that contains the Phone Bill, may be viewed using Crystal Report Viewer. Help Desk will install this program on your desktop computer if you have been designated as the departmental representative of the department’s Phone Bills.

Open and View Phone Bills:

  1. Within your Microsoft Outlook Inbox, there will be an e-mail for each cost center from "CSU-Pueblo Telecommunications Services" with a subject line of "CSU-Pueblo Monthly Telephone Bill".
  2. Open the e-mail message and double-click on the attachment, (filename should be CBDUNIVxxx.CRF). The attachment will be opened and displayed within the Crystal Report Viewer.
  3. Expand the window by clicking the maximize 1button on the window toolbar. Use the forward and back arrows on the Crystal Report toolbar to navigate through the pages of the phone bill.
  4. To print a copy of the Phone Bill or a page of the bill, click the printer 6 icon on the toolbar.

Request telephone and network cabling installations, services, upgrades, and changes with the Service Request form below.
