    • The form for corrective action and performance improvement plans is to be used by supervisory staff  for classified staff as provided for in Board Rule 6-11 of the Colorado Department of Personnel Board Rules and Personnel Director’s Administrative Procedures.  Please consult with the Human Resources Department prior to issuing a corrective action plan or performance improvement plan to a classified employee.
