How do I log in?
If you are a student or a tutor: Students and tutors log into Starfish via the Student PAWS portal. Simply log into your PAWS account and click on the “Starfish” icon.
If you are an advisor: Advisors and staff members log into Starfish via the Employee PAWS portal. Simply log into your PAWS account and click on the “Starfish” icon. If you receive an error message that you do not have access to Starfish, you will need to complete a CRA. When prompted, you can input “Starfish tutoring information access”.

How do I make an appointment?
After logging into Starfish, click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner and click Courses. This page will show you your currently enrolled courses as well as the corresponding tutoring center. Click the Schedule Appointment link and follow the prompts. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment when you are done. If you haven’t changed your email preferences within Starfish, your appointment details will be sent to your CSU Pueblo student email account.

How do I access my appointment?
After logging into Starfish, your appointment will appear on your Calendar on your Starfish Dashboard. Clicking on the box that appears at the scheduled day and time will give a quick summary of your appointment. Clicking View Details or cancel? will give you more details such as the zoom link and the ability to make changes to your appointment if needed. CHASS Learning Center
In person, appointment-based, and online tutoring for Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences courses. Located in the General Classroom Building, Room 310-N.
Education Mentoring and Tutoring Support
Support for All Education, Early Childhood Education, and Reading courses at the undergraduate level or graduate level methods courses. Tutoring support for PRAXIS available. The Curriculum Center and tutoring support is available in the LINC, located on the second floor of the Library and Academic Resource Center (LARC).
Writing Center
Support for any academic, professional, or creative writing (course-related or otherwise). Support provided via drop in, appointment-based, online via Zoom, or asynchronous (paper submission)! Located in the General Classroom Building, Room 310-N.
World Languages Tutoring
Drop in, appointment-based, and online support for Spanish, Italian, and American Sign Language (ASL). Located in the Integrated Health and Human Inquiry (IHHI) Building, Room 298.
School of Health Science and Human Movement Tutoring
Science Learning Center
Support for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics courses. Face-to-Face Support in Life Science Room 122, with after hours support available online via zoom.
HSB Learning Center
Appointment based and online tutoring for Accounting, Statistics Economics, Finance, Java Programming, Computer Ethics courses, and exam study prep for PA Architecture and GMAT. Tutoring is scheduled via Starfish (by logging onto PAWS).
School of Nursing Tutoring
Engineering, Civil Engineering and Construction Management Tutoring
Support for Engineering, Civil Engineering and Construction Management courses. In-person tutoring co-located in the Math Learning Center (Physics/Math Room 132).
Math Learning Center
Support for Math and Physics courses. Face-to-Face tutoring in Physics/Math Room 132, with online appointments available in the evenings and weekends.
TRiO Student Support Services
Support for TRiO students in any course. Face-to-Face tutoring occurs in LARC Room 357.
