Times and availability are based on staffing. If a date or time is not available, discuss options with your instructor (alternative date/time or another arrangement if deadlines cannot be extended).

By scheduling, you agree to abide by our rules and regulations. A copy will be sent to you via email once you have successfully scheduled.

You will need to provide a valid form of identification on test day. Please review the ID requirements tab located on the left of this page.

We do not have charging ports in our center, so if you are allowed a personal device, please ensure it is charged.

You are required to receive an accommodation for our center and renew it each semester. Please contact the Center for Student Support and Advocacy, Occhiatto Center, Room 104, at 719.549.2648 or dro@csupueblo.edu. You may also visit their webpage for more information.

You will need to provide your letter from DRO every semester by sending it to testing.center@csupueblo.edu.

  • You will also need to provide a copy if any accommodations change.

You are responsible for contacting the instructor prior to an appointment so the exam is delivered to the Testing Center. The Testing Center does not notify instructors of students’ exam appointments.

You are responsible for contacting the instructor prior to an appointment so that the exam is delivered to the Testing Center. The Testing Center does not notify instructors of students' exam appointments.

The Testing Center already has testing information for these exams, so no further action is needed once you have scheduled.

Please note that some online courses are not self-paced courses and could still fall under CSU Pueblo exam rules. If you are not sure what your course is, please reach out to Extended Studies prior to scheduling.

For Faculty

  • Students must confirm their appointment time with the instructor and coordinate getting the exam to the center.
  • We require a 3-day window to complete an exam due to staffing and space.
  • We require appointments for all testing to ensure we maintain a proctor-to-student ratio.
  • All proctored tests require instructions to include a time limit and allowed materials. Materials are not permitted unless stated in instructions.

If the center is not available for the date or time you prefer, it is ultimately your decision to allow another date to use our center, proctor the exam yourself (honoring accommodations), or use alternate proctoring software such as ProctorU.

Please submit an exam using one of the following methods:

  • Virtual drop-off box: Submit here (requires a Microsoft Office account)
  • Drop off in person and complete a coversheet at our center (LARC 251)
  • Email the exam to testing.center@csupueblo.edu with instructions including the time limit and allowed materials

* Note: We will not allow any materials into the testing room unless stated in the exam instructions.
