- High School Pathway: For qualified high school students
- Pre-Nursing Pathway: For students that have not completed at least fifty percent of prerequisite coursework
- Basic Admission Pathway: For students that have completed the Pre-Nursing Pathway and/or completed fifty percent of prerequisite nursing coursework
- Accelerated Pathway: For students that have a non-nursing baccalaureate degree and have completed fifty percent prerequisite nursing coursework
- Registered Nurse Pathway: For students who have an unrestricted Colorado Nursing License or a multi-state Nursing License

- No pathways are available for this major. All applicants accepted into the University, regardless of educational background, are eligible to declare a Health Science Major.
Choose Emphasis Area
Students must declare a single area of emphasis with their degree:- Pre-Nursing Emphasis: Fulfills Pre-Nursing Pathway for BSN Program
- Athletic Training Emphasis: Eligible for 3+2 Program for Athletic Training
- Public Health Emphasis
- General Health Science Emphasis
