High School Pathway

Part 1 - University Application

All students interested in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program must apply to CSU Pueblo in addition to the School of Nursing.

Important: Applicants must submit a $25 payment for their application.

Part 2 - High School Pathway Application

Applications should be submitted to the School of Nursing by March 15th for Fall entry.

Interested high school applicants must provide the following: 

  • ACT/SAT Scores: Applicants should score no lower than 22 on the ACT Exam and/or 1100 on the SAT Exam.
  • High School Transcript: Transcripts should include student's Grade Point Average
  • Letter of Recommendation: Applicants must submit a letter from their High School Health Program; if no Health Program representative is available, students must submit letter from someone that can speak to student's potential success in the BSN program.
  • Grade Point Average: All applicants must have a minimum 3.25 GPA on 4.0 scale
  • Prerequisite Coursework: Students must have 3 years of science courses (biology and chemistry) and algebra equivalent
  • High School Pathway Application: Interested students must fill out the High School Pathway Application and mail all required documentation in a single packet to:
