Authorized Business Function Forms help the university to maintain more streamlined processes, better standards and ensure a solid set of guidelines in the way we do business. The first document explains certain business functions and the policies that drive them. The 2nd and 3rd forms will give you general permission to purchase for and/or host an authorized business function. The final form is the specific approval for your particular event and needs to be filled out each time you organize a function for University Business.
