Homecoming is a time for alumni, students, and families to come together and celebrate the CSU Pueblo Community!
Pack Family Weekend is an annual celebration for families to visit their students and get an up close look at our campus.
The event kicks off the afternoon of Friday, October 6th with the exciting announcement of 2023 HOCO Royal Court Announced at Family Weekend & HOCO Welcome Dinner. Activities, tours, and events continue onto Saturday. The weekend culminates with the Saturday, October 7th, 2023 at Pack Family Weekend tailgate before the CSU Pueblo football game against Adam State. then, head over to Walter's Brewery & Taproom to celebrate Oktoberfest!
The Homecoming and Family Weekend event experience presents an invaluable opportunity to form lifelong memories with your student, the Pack family, and alumni.
Alumni! Whether you graduated from Pueblo Junior College, Southern Colorado State College, the University of Southern Colorado, or Colorado State University Pueblo, we’re proud to have you a part of the Pack. We are excited to team up with Athletics and Student Affairs to welcome you all to 2023 Homecoming and Family Weekend!

Friday, October 6th, 2023
CSU Pueblo bag with gifts table at Check In at The Patio: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Location: The Patio
Make the Welcome Lounge your first stop upon arriving at CSU Pueblo. Check-in with us to receive your Pack Family Weekend name badge, which you'll need to get access to all the weekend's terrific events. You will also receive a CSU Pueblo Family Weekend program, with session locations and details, plus a surprise gift. Staff will be on hand at the Welcome Lounge to answer questions and offer guidance on the weekend’s activities. Stop by anytime to ask questions or reconnect throughout the day. Relax in the shade, enjoy light refreshments, meet up with your student. Pose with family members at our photo booth.
Family Weekend & HOCO Welcome Dinner and 2023 HOCO Royal Court Announced: 5:00pm-7:30pm
Location: The Patio
It all begins here at our kick-off dinner! The CSU Pueblo Family Weekend Welcome Dinner is a fun time with great food and dancing! Featuring welcome remarks from senior administrators at CSU Pueblo. Mix and mingle with fellow Pack families to share experiences, and make new friends. Find out who will be on this year's Homecoming Royal Court! Royal Court will be announced at 6:30pm.

Pup Zone: 5:00 pm-7:30 pm

Children-friendly area as we welcome our “Future Thunder Wolves”! A fully immersive hands on experience and decorating “Future Thunder Wolves” tote bags. For two hours or while supplies last, the SEAL office will host a cookie-making station!! We look forward to seeing you!

Siblings can spend time with CSU Pueblo students with games of corn hole, jumbo lawn games and ice cream bar social.
Campus Tours: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
Location: The Patio
Stroll through our amazing campus with current SEAL tour guides who share their stories while presenting the history and the traditions that make CSU Pueblo. Get a glimpse of daily life as a student while visiting key buildings such as the campus library and the Occhiatto Student Center.

Associated Students’ Government (ASG) Pep Rally Bonfire: 8 pm- 10 pm
Location: Softball parking lot; Northside of the ThunderBowl
Join us for our annual pep rally and watch the bonfire that represents our burning desire to beat our opponent!! This is a Pack tradition you do not want to miss! Enjoy amazing performances from CSU Pueblo Cheer team, Dance team, and Marching Band! PACK ON! **Alumni encouraged to join current students for this throwback pep rally!

Distinguished Young Alumni brunch: 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Location: Occhiato Student Center Patio
The Distinguished Young Alumni brunch will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Occhiato Student Center Patio. This year’s recipients include Dr. Juan Rodriguez A16 & A19, College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, Lindsey Dunbar, A14, College of Health, Education, and Nursing, Antonio Huerta, A16, Hasan School of Business, Nicki Hart, A07, College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.

CSU Pueblo Fine Art Gallery: 11 am-1:30 pm
Location: lower lobby of Hoag Hall in the Capps Capozzolo Academic Center for the Arts.
The CSU Pueblo Fine Art Gallery is a large public learning facility committed to exhibiting works of art that hold high educational value and cultural significance. Each year, six to eight exhibitions are mounted in the gallery. There are annual international exhibitions and panel discussions by scholars and noted historians. **Alumni welcome!

Pack Family Tailgate: 11 am-1:30 pm
Location: West of the ThunderBowl in the ThunderBowl Parking
Take part in the ThunderWolves football experience at Pack Family Weekend Tailgate. This family-friendly event includes Prize Wheel for Give aways, Music, balloons, family-friendly event features entertainment, photo booths, games and activities, inflatable, an all-you-can-eat buffet, soft drinks, and *alcoholic drinks.**Alumni Families Welcome *Alcohol will only be available for 21+
