Colorado State University-Pueblo business class seeks project management tasks
PUEBLO –The Hasan School of Business (HSB) at Colorado State University-Pueblo is seeking small businesses and non-profit organizations who may need assistance in the development of project plans in the coming year.
HSB Assistant Professor Yaneth Correa-Martinez will lead students in the exploration and development of project plans as coordinator of Project CO, an experiential education opportunity where small businesses and other organizations (non-profit, religious, etc.) from the community can work with students to develop a project plan.
This initiative requires a commitment of only about 3-4 hours during the term from the organization, and it can yield benefits such as more efficient resource allocation, prompting action on potential opportunities, strategic planning, etc. Project CO will provide small businesses and organizations in the community with an opportunity to explore ideas that have not been executed due to the lack of resources and to provide CSU-Pueblo business students with meaningful, real-life learning experiences.
For more information or to submit a project, contact Yaneth Correa-Martinez at 549-2579 or email at yaneth.correa@csupueblo.edu
