The trip will be led by Chris Picicci, associate professor and director of the Italian minor program.
The total cost of the trip is $4120 ($4360 for those over 30 years old), which includes round-trip airfare, accommodations, all continental breakfasts and some regional style meals, land transportation, expert local guides, and guided sight-seeing. Students, faculty, and staff who sign-up before September 30 receive a $200 discount. All Italian minors are eligible for scholarships through CSU-Pueblo's Italian Endowment. Students will receive an automatic TripFunder site to share with friends and family as soon as they enroll in the program. Participants can sign up by clicking on the "Enroll Now" tab on the tour's website.
For more information about this opportunity, contact Picicci at chris.picicci@csupueblo.edu.
Picicci said students may use financial aid during the summer if they enroll full-time in summer school. This means that students would have to take classes during the first or third sessions of summer school since the trip is scheduled from June 8-17, 2017. University credit is not being applied to the Grand Tour of Italy trip. Members of the campus community are welcome to participate as well.
