PUEBLO - The Student Recreation Center (SRC) at Colorado State University-Pueblo hosts the 5th annual Multi-Sport & Adventure camp this summer for kids entering grades 1 through 5. In addition, the University has added this summer a pilot week for ½ day kindergarten group the week of June 13-17 and a camp group for those in grades 6-8. Camps will be held at the SRC at CSU-Pueblo from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Our camps mission is to focus on building community, developing skills, learning teamwork and confidence. Participants will enjoy a variety of sports and adventure activities with an emphasis on FUN, learning, and movement. Six sessions will be offered throughout the summer during the following weeks: June 6-10, June 13-17, June 20-24, June 27-29, July 6-8 and July 11-15. Campers will be required to bring their own swimsuit, towel, all-purpose shoes, bicycle helmet, and bicycle.

Each day will consist of a variety of recreational experiences in short increments to ensure active participation among campers. Children will rotate stations and be taught and monitored closely by camp counselors. Recreational activities include sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and football, and more. Rock climbing, swimming, fitness classes featuring dance, Zumba, and kick boxing, and the outdoor ropes course all will be incorporated. Campers are required to provide their own sack lunches and snacks.

The combination of competitive prices, flexible schedules, state-of-the-art facilities, and enthusiastic staff will keep you and your child happy this summer.

Daily, weekly, and extended care pricing is available as well as multi-child discounts. Registration forms and additional information for the camp are available at www.packmultisportscamps.com.
