CSU-Pueblo hosts Annual STEM Design Contest

PUEBLO - Pueblo West High School and the Pueblo School of Arts and Sciences unseated the defending champions (Engineering and Biomedical Sciences and Connect Charter School) at the 2015 Colorado State University - Pueblo Engineering, Science and Technology Design Contest. Approximately 300 students from eight high schools and seven middle schools competed in the seven-event competition on April 18 in the Life Sciences Building and the Technology Building.

Pueblo-s School for Arts and Sciences (PSAS) took first in the middle school competition followed by Connect Charter School and North Middle School (Colorado Springs). Pueblo West High School won the high school division followed by School of Engineering and Biomedical Sciences and Doherty High School (Colorado Springs). Faculty and student clubs within the CSU - Pueblo College of Education, Engineering, and Professional Studies conducted the event.
